Our vision of Well-being is not understood as the passive use of a service provided in response to a specific expressed need, but is instead inspired by the principles of:
active participation of the individual in the process of building and safeguarding the common good;
welfare as a social and organizational investment, since caring for people’s well-being helps strengthen the sense of belonging, the quality of relationships, and the capacity of the organizational community to achieve its goals.
From this perspective, welfare goes beyond the principle of individual benefit as it is understood as a lever for the development of the organizational community.
