The Technology Transfer Office have the following functions:
- Protection and commercialization of intellectual property and identification of research results of interest for technology transfer initiatives;
- Support to “proof of concept” initiatives to validate technological solutions at various stages of development and projects aimed at commercializing results through licensing;
- Training programs and activities on intellectual property;
- Point of reference for highly innovative academic entrepreneurship initiatives and support to spin-off teams in analyzing the strategy for creating and developing their business proposals;
- Initiatives to support spin-offs, enabling their consolidation and growth, through the involvement of external partners;
- Training programs and activities on entrepreneurship;
- Project initiatives related to technology transfer;
- Support to the University’s Industrial Property, Intellectual Property, and Spin-Offs Committee
