How to access Outlook for MFA - Linux

How to access your institutional mailbox without logging into MyUnivr or client.

1. Go to https://outlook.office.com/mail/, enter your personal e-mail address and click on Next.
   
2. Log in using your GIA login details
   
3. Select your preferred/set MFA mode (OTP via e-mail, or TOTP via mobile app)
   
   • OTP (One Time Password) -the code/token is sent by e-mail so the user will need to enter a private e-mail address in DBERW (TA and teaching staff) or ESSE3 (students); it works without any configuration on the part of the user, who has only to make sure that the e-mail address they have provided to the University is correct.
   • TOTP (Time-Based One Time Password) - the code/token is sent via app so, in addition to the private e-mail address on DBERW, it is also necessary to install an app on a PC or smartphone.
     
4. Enter the code you have received and click on “Login”.
