PRELIMINARY EVALUATION FOR EXAM RECOGNITION

Students who wish to request a preliminary evaluation for the recognition of exams (for the purpose of career shortening) must submit a dated and signed self-certification (pursuant to Art. 46 of D.P.R. 28/12/2000, No. 445), including the following:

  • List of exams taken, indicating the SSD (Scientific-Disciplinary Sector), grade, and corresponding university credits (ECTS);

  • Final graduation grade (if already graduated);

  • Links to the official course syllabi of the exams taken;

  • Copy of a valid identity document.

The Student Practice Committee will assess your academic background and determine which exams may be recognized.


REQUEST FOR CREDIT RECOGNITION

When to submit the request: Follow the deadlines specified in the Academic Calendar.

To request official credit recognition for the purpose of career shortening, you must:

  1. Complete the designated request form;

  2. Send the form and all required attachments to: ufficio.protocollo@pec.univr.it

    • Email subject line: "EXAM RECOGNITION – [Name of Bachelor’s/Master’s degree course]"

In addition to the standard documents, you must also include any specific documentation required by your degree program. This information can be found in points 27 and 28 of the course regulations (accessible via the course web page: The Course > Teaching Regulations).

After submitting the documentation:

  • Payment slips will be uploaded to your Esse3 reserved area (under the “Payments” section);

  • You will be required to pay:

    • A €16 virtual revenue stamp;

    • A €200 fixed fee for the career evaluation request, via the PAGO PA system.

Please note: These payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once the payments are completed, your documentation will be forwarded to the relevant evaluation committees.
