How to request Certificates – School of Medicine

Requests for certificates (certificati uso bollo) may be submitted using one of the following two methods:

By email

To request a certificate by email, please send an email to carriere.medicina@ateneo.univr.it putting “Richiesta certificato rilasciato in bollo” (Request for certificate) in the subject line. Please specify the title of your degree programme. If you are not using your institutional University email account, please attach a scanned copy of a valid ID document (front and back).

Once your request has been received, the Teaching and Student Services Unit will send you a payment slip for the €16 virtual stamp duty, to be paid via the PAGO PA system.

Once the payment has been made, please complete the relevant request form and email it to ufficio.protocollo@pec.univr.it, putting “RICHIESTA RILASCIO CERTIFICATO” (Request for certificate) in the subject line, specifying the title of your degree programme.

If you are not using your institutional University email account, please attach a scanned copy of a valid ID document (front and back).

By post

To request a certificate by post, please fill out and print the relevant form (complete with a €16 stamp duty sticker) and send it, together with a copy of a valid ID document (front and back), to:

Once the certificate is ready, the Teaching and Student Services Unit will contact you at the email address provided in the form to arrange collection. It is the applicant's responsibility to affix the required stamp duty sticker to the certificate.
Certificates that do not require a staff member’s signature will be sent by email to the address provided in the form, and the applicant will be responsible for affixing the corresponding stamp duty sticker.
