GENERAL INFORMATION
AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
The CLA organizes Italian Language and Culture courses for Foreigners (Italian as second a language) to develop linguistic and intercultural skills and facilitate inclusion (integration?) into the Italian academic context.

The courses are held by highly qualified Italian teachers and are intended for:

Erasmus students and other international exchange projects (world-wide study…)
PhD students, fellows, researchers and guest students
Foreign students regularly enrolled at the University of Verona

PLACEMENT AND LEVEL TESTS
COURSE REGISTRATION

In order to access the courses it is necessary:

to take an on-line placement test before the start of the semester (GO to the PLACEMENT TEST) - For more information on courses and levels, you can discuss this with the teachers through special orientation interviews, according to the following calendar:27/09/2021 and 01/10/2021 Orientation interviews 1st semester (2.00pm-4.00pm)
to register for intensive courses (GO to the REGISTRATION PAGE), semester courses and writing labs (GO to the REGISTRATION PAGE)

We offer A1 (absolute beginners), A2 (post-beginner), B1 (intermediate), B2 (post-intermediate) and C1 (advanced) level courses. In the "DOCUMENTS" section below you will find a concise guide to the exercises provided and the academic calendar.
