THE NEW STUDENT ID CARD
Your student ID card (or badge) identifies you as a student at the University of Verona since your enrolment.
From the academic year 2020/21, the Student ID card is issued in electronic format for students enrolled in the following courses:
The electronic student ID card is available at: mybadge.univr.it.
SCHOOL OF SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING
First-year students of the School of Science and Engineering courses must collect their magnetic Student ID card. In order to do so, they will need to book an appointment with the relevant administrative office through the calendar available in their personal area on Esse3 (click on: Segreteria > Impegni e Prenotazioni Appuntamenti in Segreteria), then go to the reception desk (collection point) of the administrative office on the selected day and time.
The reservation service is available from 6 September and until 23 December 2021.
In order to collect your badge, you will be asked to show your valid ID document. Should you be unable to collect your Student ID card in person, you will still be able to have someone else pick it up for you by signing a specific authorisation form, which must be submitted together with a copy of your ID document and the ID of the individual acting on your behalf.
Please note: this Service is by booking only. Where an appointment has not been made, you will not be allowed to collect your Student ID card.
THIS PROCEDURE DOES NOT APPLY TO:

- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes (except for Science and Engineering courses);
- Single cycle/Combined Bachelor+Master’s degree programmes;
- individual modules;
- Erasmus+ programme (incoming students);
- teacher training courses.

THIS PROCEDURE DOES NOT APPLY TO:
- those requesting a copy of their Student ID card, who should contact their Teaching and Student Services Unit;
- students enrolled in Professional master’s programmes and postgraduate specialisation courses in the medical area: they will be provided with a Student ID card by their supervisors at the beginning of their course;
- PhD students will need to collect their Student ID card at their PhD School.
