How to configure Outlook for MFA – Mac

  1. Open the Outlook client, click on “Tools” and “Account”.
  2. Choose “Add your e-mail account”.
  3. Enter your institutional e-mail address and click on "Continue”.
  4. Enter your GIA login details and click on "Entra con GIA”.
  5. Choose your preferred MFA authentication method (TOTP via app or OTP via e-mail)
  6. Enter the code you have received and click on “Login” to access Outlook.

  7. Complete the procedure by clicking “Done”.
