Our group oversees organisational development projects, supporting the general management in redefining the organisational structure of the university at macro and micro levels. We manage the system of evaluating organisational positions and human resources development projects. We handle the planning of staff needs, plan and manage training for collaborators and support the Public Party in conducting Trade Union Relations, supervising the implementation of decisions made in these negotiations.
