Introduction

Fields of interest: Study of the immune system, with specific focus on the regulation of leukocyte trafficking and integrin activation by chemokines during immunosurveillance and inflammation. Study of signal transduction systems in normal and leukemic leukocytes, with particular interest for chronic B-lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL). Study of the kinome and phosphatome in the regulation of leukocyte migration. Study of mecano-transduction and leukocyte deformability. Systems biology, bioinformatics, topological network analysis, network inference and multidimensional analysis of high-performance proteomic and genomic data. Optical microscopy.
