How to complete and submit your study plan

You should complete and submit your Study Plan online from 25/09/2023 al 28/06/2024. Through this procedure, you can select and add the modules you would like to attend and take as part of your degree programme, subject to the relevant teaching regulations (i.e. mandatory modules or curricular modules that cannot be changed; optional modules, etc.). The modules that you select and add to your Study Plan will automatically appear on your Student’s Exam Record (libretto universitario).
Please note: Students enrolled in the 1st and 2nd year of the Degree Course in Viticultural and Oenological Science and Technology do not fill in the online plan.

Deadlines for submitting your study plan

For the academic year 2022/2023, the study plan is open for compilation from 25/09/2023 al 28/06/2024. Attention: this means that the student is only allowed to choose what is already present in the plan and offered in TAF D and F. In order to add teaching activities from other courses or type D and F activities, not already present in the study plan, it is necessary to fill in the appropriate form, which can be found in the attachments, and send it to the Student Secretariat - Careers at the address carriere.scienze@ateneo.univr.it from your university account @studenti.univr.it from December 4, 2023 to February 23, 2024 and from May 2 2024 to July 12, 2024. It is important to respect the indicated time windows.

Mathematics - alternative learning activities

The Master's degree in Mathematics can be customized by attending some courses at the University of Trento, with which an agreement is in place, and by substituting some courses, if already taken in the Bachelor's degree. In order to carry out this study plan personalization, it is necessary to fill in the appropriate form, which can be found in the attachments, and send it to the Student Secretariat - Careers at the address carriere.scienze@ateneo.univr.it from your university account @studenti.univr.it from December 4, 2023 to February 23, 2024 and from May 2, 2024 to July 12, 2024. It is important to respect the indicated time windows.

After confirmation from the Student Secretariat, the student, prior to taking the exams at Trent University, sends an email to the faculty members involved at Trent University, attaching the form. 

After taking the exam, the faculty members involved at Trent University respond from their institutional account to the student's email, carbon-copying the Verona Student Secretariat's email address indicated on the form, informing the student of the exam result and passing date if the student intends to verbalize the grade. The secretary's office will arrange for the verbalization.
