Attending lectures on site: how to book your place via the UNIVR Lezioni app
Students wishing to attend in-person lectures at the University will need to book their place in advance via the UNIVR Lezioni app, or through the relevant online platform..
Once you have booked your seat in the classroom via the UNIVR Lezioni app or on the web, you can sit on any available place (please only take numbered seats). Once you have taken your seat, please remember to register your seat number via the app or on the web.
Please note that entering the correct seat number is important to enable contact tracing, should a person on site test positive. In the event that a seat is not registered, or the reservation is cancelled due to inability to attend, all students who made the reservation will be regarded as attending and potentially exposed individuals.
Please remember that, in order to book a place, you will need to create a profile on the app. You will be allowed to add up to 5 extracurricular modules (i.e. from other courses and degree programmes) to your booking profile, so that you can attend the relevant lectures on site.
Instructions on how to enter extracurricular modules can be found in the UNIVR Lezioni User Guide (see point 4).
In order to attend any lectures at the University, you must book your place via the UNIVR LEZIONI app, available on Google Play Store, App Store, or at: https://logistica.univr.it/PortaleStudentiUnivr/:
Once you have created your profile, you will be able to book a place in the section ‘Prenota il tuo posto’, starting from 5 days before the lecture is due to take place.
Operating system requirements:
- Android 4.4.2 and above;
- Apple iOS 11 and above, i.e. all iPhones from 5S onwards (iPhone 5 and previous versions cannot upgrade to iOS 11).
Once you have created your profile, you will be able to book a place in the section ‘Prenota il tuo posto’, starting from 5 days (i.e. 120 hours) before the lecture is due to take place.
From academic year 2021/2022, priority to attend lectures on site will be given to:
- students with disabilities or SLD/Specific Learning Disorder, who may encounter difficulties when attending lectures remotely (please apply at the Inclusion and Accessibility Office);
- international students, to enable them to make the most of their time at our University.
These students will be able to book their place via the app from 7 days (i.e. 168 hours) before the lecture is due to take place, instead of 5 days.
Please note that booking a place via UNIVR LEZIONI is not only for organisational purposes, but for contact tracing as well. Your booking is personal to you, then you are advised not to change or give up your seat. It is mandatory to sit in the seat allocated by the app (see seat number).
PLEASE NOTE: in accordance with the regulations in force, if a student is confirmed as having Covid-19, the identity of all students who were present in the classroom at the time, based on the online bookings made, will be disclosed to the competent health authority, also indicating the relevant seat number and position. It is, therefore, strongly recommended to sit in your booked seat immediately after entering the classroom. Should you become unable to attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible, so that other students can attend, and for contact tracing purposes.
In order to access a classroom, students must book their place in advance via the UNIVR Lezioni app, or through the relevant online platform, for that specific day and time slot (for further information, please go to: https://www.univr.it/it/info-covid). Moreover, they must hold a valid ‘Green Pass’ certificate, or must prove that they are exempt from vaccination based on a medical certificate released by the relevant GP.
In the University’s facilities, including each classroom, specific signs will be displayed to ensure that students follow the walking routes indicated, and sit in their booked seat. While in the University’s facility, students who have booked their place are allowed to move by following the walking routes indicated, always keeping their face mask on and complying with the public health measures in place (for further information, please go to: https://www.univr.it/coronavirus-info-studenti).
Finally, we remind you that it is up to all of us to do our part to stick to the rules and keep us and those around us safe.

Book your place
No. When launching the app for the first time, you will need to create a profile by entering the degree programme you’re enrolled in, and the modules you choose to attend on site.
The system automatically determines how many hours of lecture time you are allowed to attend on site for each module, also based on the number of other students who have applied for that module. In order to enable everyone to attend, please only select the modules you wish to attend on site.
- In order to book a place for a lecture in a module, you must first select and enter the relevant module in your profile: go to “Gestisci il mio profilo” (manage my profile) and select your chosen module. Please carefully check any information relating to the module (e.g. any module sections, degree class). Please note: this app can also be used as a calendar (i.e. “Agenda” option), but in order to book any places for lectures you must have enabled the “Prenota posto” option, specifically for booking. Please make sure you set it this way.
- If your chosen module is not among those displayed in your profile, the module may not be available in the selected semester/period or for you degree programme.
- If you have selected the module in your profile and have checked that it is available, but you cannot find any available places, there are probably no lectures in the next seven days, or the lectures are only held online via distance learning. Check the lesson timetable on the University’s website: remember that you can only book lectures that are held in the next five (5) days.
The system only allows you to manage bookings for lectures in one Semester/period at a time. In order to book lectures for Semester 2, you must first delete the profile you created for ‘Semester 1’ and then create a new profile by selecting ‘Semester 2’.
