PhD and Research Contratcs Unit

This unit is responsible for:

Provides support to the Doctoral School, doctoral programs, and their governing bodies (School Council, Coordinators, and Teaching Boards).
Ensures proper management of the application process and the issuance of calls for admission to doctoral programs, as well as support for the related selection procedures.
Supervises enrollment and coordinates administrative processes for doctoral students from abroad.
Manages the administrative careers of doctoral students.
Providing information support and assistance to doctoral students.
Provides administrative support in managing doctoral scholarships, as well as in procedures related to travel, reimbursements, and purchases.
Manages and ensures the accreditation process for doctoral programs at the MUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research).
Coordinates and monitors the delivery of doctoral research programs.
Executes collaboration agreements and conventions with public and private, national and international entities aimed at activating doctoral positions and the possible awarding of double or joint degrees, managing the related funding.
Executes internationalization agreements for doctoral programs and joint thesis supervision agreements with foreign universities.
Prepares and manages calls for funding international mobility grants for doctoral students.
Manages the recognition procedures for doctoral degrees earned abroad.
