International rankings
  • logo qs In the QS World University Rankings 2014/15 Verona University it is ranked among the top 800 universities in the world, of which only 26 are Italian. A special award is given for the quality of research, especially in the medical area, for which the University of Verona is one of the top 200 worldwide.
  • logo wur According to “The Times Higher Education World University Rankings” Verona University ranks among the 400 best universities in the world. Verona gets the best results in “Citations”, “International Outlook” and “Industry Income”.
National rankings
  • logo anvurVerona University gets the absolute superiority in medicine and the third place in the overall standings of the Italian universities in the ranking of ANVUR, national agency for the evaluation of the university research, based on the period 2004-2012.
  • According to the 2015 ranking of Italian universities made by the newspaper "Il Sole24Ore" the University of Verona is the best university in Italy. The survey was based on indicators both of education and  research. In research Verona University is confirmed as an Italian excellence achieving the maximum score of 99 out of 100.
  • University of Verona is ranked sixth among the large universities (20k-40K students) according to the “Grande Guida Università de LaRepubblica e del Censis. The degrees of the medical area are confirmed among the excellence with a fourth place in the Italian ranking while Dentistry and Dental Implants reach the third position. Verona is among the top fifteen positions of the ranking also for the degrees of: Foreign languages, Economics, Law, Education and Movement sciences.
AlmaLaurea surveys on graduates’ employment condition 
  • According to AlmaLaurea’s survey (2015) on graduates’ employment conditions the employment rate of first level graduates of the University of Verona is 60%, a value higher than the national average of 41%.  Focusing on the second-level graduates, twelve months after the conclusion of the studies the employment rate is 71% (national average 56%).
