- La Direzione gestisce l'attività di progettazione edilizia, affidamento incarichi professionali esterni, supervisione e direzione lavori, ristrutturazione, manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli immobili e dei relativi impianti tecnologici nonchè gli appalti dei lavori, delle forniture e dei servizi relativi agli immobili.
Area of responsibility
- Building Planning
- This department manages the planning of new building work, the planning of fittings and furnishings, the direction of such work, the supervision of planners and outside contractors, the coordination of such work through the various stages of execution to the final inspection. Tenders for contracts and the commissioning of external professional services.
- Management of Spaces and Installations
- The department manages the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of buildings and of the electrical, heating, fire, lift and telephone services of the university buildings. Tenders for service and supply contracts.
