The Administration coordinates the financial resources of the central administrative office as well as the decentralized management offices while guaranteeing coherence with University policies and strategies. It provides for the management of the accounting office, the financial planning of the treasury, as well as writing up estimates, statements of account and other forms of information in view of supporting the decision making process. The Administration also provides consultancy so as to support the activities of the Administrative Centres.
This section prepares budgets, administers expenditure and issues statements of accounts. It also manages the cash flow and the relation between this and financial planning for the requirements of the treasury. It prepares accounting information documentation in support of decision-making processes and for financial statements.
This section gives support to decentralised structures which are autonomous in the management of financial and accounting matters. It coordinates information and consultancy on tax matters, prepares the consolidated balance sheet for the University, integrating the financial flows from the decentralised structures and those of the central administration. It fulfils taxation requirements connected to the management of VAT and commercial activities.
